This means that we seek to encourage individuals to be saved, to assimilate them into the church, to train them in holy living, to equip them for ministry, and develop them into reproductive lifestyle evangelists.  As we work together toward these goals we trust that the Lord Jesus Christ will enable this church to grow in number, in knowledge, and in nearness to Him.

We are an independent Baptist Church in fellowship with the General Association of Regular Baptist Churches.  We exist to continue the work which Jesus started almost 2000 years ago.  He described His mission this way:  “For the son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost” (Luke 19:10).  The mission of Christ is also the mission of His church.  The mission is clear and unchanging:  “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to all creation” (Mark 16:15).  However, the methods by which the mission is accomplished will vary, and are constantly changing.  This document states how we intend to carry out His mission, in our community, at this time.
